Augmentation Mammoplasty :-
Women whose breasts have become small and unshapely after child birth or Women with small breasts undergo breast enlargement [Augmentation] , a safe and effective surgical procedure implanting specially designed materials within the  breasts. The cost involves buying the implant [imported] costing about Rs. 20-35 thousand depending on the make and quality and the operation charges etc are extra. Large, heavy or sagging breasts are also corrected by surgery depending upon individual problem.

Male Breast Surgery: -
A percentage of young males suffer from Large size breasts and feel embarrassed in exposing in public [Swimming etc]. In technical terms it is knows as Gynaecomastia It is intiated in late teens but the projection persist in later years too. There is no medical cure as such.
